Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, personal and confidential information is any information that identifies a natural person. Confidential information is therefore understood to mean any sensitive information whose access and use is restricted to persons or entities designated for this purpose, and whose dissemination would cause harm to the entity and its partners, or to individuals.

L’Hirondelle recognizes that it will have access to personal, confidential, strategic, technical or legal information related to the operations of asylum seekers, immigrants, refugees and volunteers (hereinafter referred to as “Stakeholders”), in particular, with respect to its strategies, business opportunities, intellectual property, outsourcing agreements and other information of this nature.
