Le (la) conseiller(ère) en orientation ou en développement de carrière accueille, accompagne et soutient les participant(e)s dans l’ensemble de leurs démarches d’intégration au marché du travail. Dès l’inscription aux services de L’Hirondelle et jusqu’à l’obtention d’un emploi, il (elle) offre un accompagnement personnalisé visant à clarifier les objectifs professionnels, développer les compétences nécessaires et favoriser une transition réussie vers le monde du travail.
